Added to the Vote Shop yesterday the Edict of Old World Flying will allow you to use your flying mounts around Azeroth! Do note that there are glitches when doing so and we are not responsible for accidental deaths for not actually flying in proper flight paths.
As a premium member, inside the sanctuary you can also get the edict for your characters!
