Strategies Selector 1.0.1
WotLK 3.3.5a addon for mod-playerbot
Turns strategy toggles into buttons. Target one party or raid bot, pick a strategy, and the addon whispers that bot. It does not check which strategies the bot already has on. It only sends the whisper.
Install
1. Unzip into Interface\AddOns
2. You should have Interface\AddOns\StrategiesSelector\
3. /reload or restart the client
How to use
1. Target a party or raid member. Yourself, a pet, or anyone outside the group does not count.
2. Type /strats to open the window. Type it again to close it.
3. Optional keybind: Esc > Key Bindings > AddOns > Strategies Selector > Open/close window. Nothing is bound until you set a key.
4. The window shows that bot's name, class, and the strategy list for that class.
5. Hover a name to see what it does.
6. Click a row, then one button:
co+ whispers: co +strategy name
nc+ whispers: nc +strategy name
co- whispers: co -strategy name
nc- whispers: nc -strategy name
co is combat. nc is non-combat. Use the plus buttons to turn a strategy on and the minus buttons to turn it off. Each button sends only that one whisper, so you can change combat without changing non-combat.
If you are not targeting a party or raid member, chat says:
Party/Raid member not select
The window grays out. The close button still works. Switch to a valid target and the name and list update on their own.
The bot has to be a mod-playerbot that accepts nc and co whispers from you.
