Deposit crafting materials from the character who is carrying them and keep stacks grouped by the project you are working on.

Switch characters and open the same bank when another profession or recipe needs the materials.

Take only the materials you need for the current craft, then return surplus materials so the account stays organized.

Keep ordinary equipment, quest items, and non-reagent items in normal storage; the Reagent Bank is for crafting materials and reagents.
